Marion Colunio

Age 92 of Watkins Glen, passed away October 25, 2020 at Seneca View Skilled Nursing Home, Montour Falls, NY.

There are no prior visiting hours. A private graveside service was held at Lakeview Cemetery in Watkins Glen.

Marion was born on August 10, 1928 in Dundee, NY, the daughter of the late Leon and Winifred Brimmer Morley.

Marion is survived by her sons, John R. Colunio and Rick (Moe) Colunio, both of Montour Falls; daughter, Jeannie (Ken) Mattson of Phoenix, AZ; seven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Marion was predeceased by her husband Albert Colunio on October 7, 2003, daughter-in-law Jackie Colunio, and by two brothers and one sister.

Memorial donations in her memory may be made to Seneca View Skilled Nursing Facility, c/o Schuyler Health Foundation, 220 Steuben St., Montour Falls, NY 14865. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the family online in her obituary at www.RoyceChedzoy.com. Arrangements by Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, Watkins Glen.

I was so sad to hear Marion past away😢She was one of the sweetest and kindest people I knewHer and Albert were great neighbors😊Her love for the cats and I alway shared😊I know she missed them so much after she left her home.we will all miss her very much. The neighborhood hasn’t been the same since she and the other Marion are gone also Grace, now Danny and my Kenny😢❤️

Rick your mom was a great person. memories of growing up on 3rd street will always be happy. your mom always tried to keep all in order(bb gun fights). We all miss those days, Rick keep the cherished memories close to your hart.
