Age 57, of Watkins Glen, passed away on April 27, 2021 after a long illness.

He was predeceased by his parents, Delmar and Cecelia Sally Glenn of Burdett.

Jim had a long career in the Culinary Arts. He worked for many local establishments and owned his own restaurant at one time, Jimmy’s Post Time Café in Watkins Glen. His last and longest position was Executive Chef at the Montage Italian Grill at the Glen Motor Inn. At the Montage, he created a lasting legacy of outstanding recipes with a faithful following. He enjoyed teaching and mentoring anyone interested in learning the craft.
